This policy describes how John Rouda ("we", "us", or "our") handles information collected through our mobile applications and this website. We believe in transparency and minimal data collection.

  • Contact information. When you reach out via our contact form, you provide your name and email address.
  • Usage data. We collect anonymized information about how you interact with our apps — features used, session duration, crash reports, device type (iOS/Android), OS version, and app version.
  • Support messages. If you contact us, we retain that communication to respond and improve support.

We do not collect precise GPS location, financial information, government ID numbers, or health data.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Upon a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

We implement industry-standard security measures — encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our apps may link to third-party websites or integrate with platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. This policy does not cover those third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal data.
